  • When is the parking lot accessible?
    The Gold Park Orlando parking lot and your vehicle are accessible 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • How far is Gold Park Orlando from the MCO airport?
    We are located 2.5 miles away from MCO Airport at 7350 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32822.
  • Is there a lost and found service?
    Yes, call us at 407-601-4508 if you lost or misplaced an item.
  • What are the recommendations from Gold Park Orlando?
    •Gold Park Orlando suggests arriving 30 minutes before the airport time. •During peak travel, a key may be required for valet parking. •Oversized vehicles incur an additional $2/day charge. •All reservations include one free roundtrip shuttle; additional services have an extra charge. •Complimentary bottled water is available. •Free battery jump starts are provided. •Service pets are welcome.
  • How does the liability work?
    This contract limits our liability. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. No liability is assumed for loss or damage. Claims for adjustments must be presented before the vehicle leaves the facility. Gold Park Orlando is not responsible for articles left in the car, and no employee has authority to vary or increase liability.
  • Is the shuttle service free?
    Yes, a free shuttle service is available 24/7. Pick-up is at Level 1 Ground Transportation Terminal A34 - A37. Drop-off to terminals A and B is free, and terminal C incurs an additional charge at the parking lot. The shuttle driver assists with loading luggage.
  • How do I check in upon arrival?
    Scan your QR code from the reservation confirmation email at the gate. A staff member will greet you, provide parking instructions, and the shuttle will pick you up at your car to direct you to an open parking space. The driver can assist with luggage.
  • Are there restrictions on luggage size or weight?
    There are no restrictions on the weight of your luggage.
  • What is the suggested arrival time?
    Arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. Shuttles depart on demand, and wait times may be up to 10-15 minutes during peak travel periods.
  • How do I check out upon leaving?
    Scan your QR code on your reservation confirmation email at the gate. If you exceed your reservation end date/time, additional charges apply during check-out at the posted rates. Customers have a 3-hour grace period free of charge.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept all major credit cards and cash. Cancellation is free; call us at 407-601-4508
  • Are there taxes and fees in addition to parking fees?
    Yes, county sales tax and airport fees may apply. A breakdown will be provided before check-out.
